  1. Brown bacon in a pot, then remove. In the same pot, brown chicken thighs.
  2. Add garlic, thyme, mushrooms, and pearl onions to the pot. Cook until onions are soft.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the mixture, then add red wine and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  4. Cover and transfer to the oven to bake until the chicken is tender.
  5. Serve the chicken with the sauce and vegetables, garnished with cooked bacon.
