This dish combines creamy tomato pasta with pan-seared salmon and garlic butter shrimp for a delicious and satisfying meal. The creamy tomato sauce pairs perfectly with the tender salmon and flavorful shrimp.

- 2 tomatoes - 1 onion - 3 cloves of garlic - 2 cups vegetable broth - 2 tbsp olive oil - Salt and pepper to taste - 1/2 cup cream - 8 oz pasta - 1 cup mushrooms - 1/2 cup heavy cream - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese - 2 salmon fillets - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp honey - 1 inch ginger

grated - 2 green onions

chopped - 1 tbsp sesame seeds - 10 shrimp - 2 tbsp butter - 1 tbsp lemon juice - Fresh parsley for garnish

  1. In a pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
  2. Add vegetable broth and cream to the pot. Simmer for 10 minutes, then blend the mixture until smooth.
  3. Cook pasta according to package instructions in a separate pot.
  4. In a frying pan, sear the salmon fillets until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, cook the shrimp in butter until pink and cooked through. Add minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the tomato sauce along with sliced mushrooms, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
  7. Serve the creamy tomato pasta topped with the seared salmon and garlic butter shrimp. Garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, fresh parsley, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Enjoy!
