In a pot, sauté chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
Blend the tomato mixture until smooth. Return to the pot and stir in cream.
Cook pasta according to package instructions in a separate pot. Drain and set aside.
In a frying pan, sauté sliced mushrooms in butter until golden brown. Add in diced salmon and shrimp, soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and green onions. Cook until seafood is cooked through.
Stir in the tomato cream sauce and cooked pasta. Add heavy cream and grated parmesan cheese, stirring until heated through.
