A delicious cheese and potato gratin with bacon and gnocchis, inspired by the traditional dishes from the French region of Savoie.
- Cook the gnocchis according to package instructions in a pot of boiling water. Drain and set aside.
- In a frying pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Peel and slice the potatoes thinly using a knife and cutting board.
- Cut the Tomme de Savoie and reblochon into small cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cooked gnocchis, bacon, potatoes, Tomme de Savoie, and reblochon.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased rice cooker.
- Cook in the rice cooker for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
