- Mix flour and eggs to form a dough, knead well and let rest.
- Cook spinach, chop finely, and mix with ricotta, parmesan, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out pasta dough, place small amounts of filling on the dough, and cover with another layer of dough. Seal edges.
- Boil ravioli until they float to the surface, then drain.
